May-August is nesting season. Lights out after dark, don't disturb nests, and join a guided turtle walk for an unforgettable experience.

🌊 Swimming Safety

Check flag conditions: Green = calm, Yellow = moderate, Red = dangerous, Purple = marine life present. Rip currents possible.

🚗 Beach Driving

Beach driving is NOT permitted on Amelia Island beaches. Stick to designated parking areas and walk to the sand.

Dogs welcome but must be leashed. Main Beach has dog-friendly hours. Always clean up after your pet!

☀️ Sun Protection

Florida sun is intense! Bring reef-safe sunscreen, plenty of water, and consider a beach umbrella or tent for shade.
